PFA Scotland has been supporting the women’s game in Scotland since 2021.
We recognise the unique challenges that players in this country face and strive to raise the standards across the game, as the sport continues to grow and develop.
Players across the SWPL1 can all become members of the union, whether they are amateur or professional.
As a member of FIFPRO Europe, we are part of initiatives like ROGE25 that aim to promote equal opportunities, access, and inclusion for female players.
With significant changes already in place, such as the update to maternity rights, PFA Scotland aim to work together with governing bodies to ensure that all players in the division have a platform, ensuring they are part of the discussions when it comes to the development of our game.
Players can learn more about becoming a member, here.
