PFA Scotland’s foremost responsibility is to safeguard the rights of players and to ensure that their playing contracts are honoured by all clubs. Unfortunately, this standard is not consistently met across the game. As a result, membership of PFA Scotland remains essential for all professional players in Scotland. As a member of PFA Scotland, you have access to a free, confidential consultation with an experienced solicitor from our dedicated Lawyer Panel. This panel is maintained to ensure that every member receives high quality legal advice from specialists in the areas most relevant to professional footballers.
