Membership rates are as follows
Level 1 - £13 per month (full time players earning over £400 per week)
Level 2 - £6.50 per month (part time players and full time players earning less than £400 per week)
Level 4 - £0.88 per month (apprentice players who are 20 years of age or under)
Amateur - £0.88 per month (any player who is playing in the SPFL or SWPL who has not signed a professional contract)
