Diane Scott – Player Support Officer

Home » Support & Wellbeing » Diane Scott – Player Support Officer

I’m here to support you with any well-being issues that you might have. Here at PFA Scotland, we understand that being a footballer comes with an abundance of challenges, especially related to well-being, and that’s why I’m here to ensure that you get the help you need, if or when you need it.

Through my experience of working within the health and well-being field, I truly believe that there are no issues that can’t be resolved and working it out with someone who understands and can help you find solutions, is what I’m here to do.

I will continue to provide you with the best and most appropriate self-help tools that will help guide you to tackle any issues that may feel can be resolved on your own, however I can also help guide you through these resources to ensure you are using the best tool for your problem. All your well-being resources can be found here.

My main role is to take the time to understand what is going on with you, with compassion and empathy and work out with you what would be the best course of action moving forward, this can be referring you on to one of our trusted partner organisations to get specialised help for a specific problem or issue, or look at the things you can do yourself to get you back on track.
