SELF HELP GUIDES

We understand the need for our members to have a free, confidential, and independent mental health support service where they can receive specialist free advice or simply have someone listen. Sporting Chance provide a 24/7 service that is available to members all year round.

This new service for members not only offers a 24 hour support line, but also guarantees members to be in contact with a mental health practitioner within 72 hours. No issue is too big or small as this partnership aims to help players feel safe & supported.

Our members are only one call or message away from comprehensive support. The support service can be accessed on 07780008877 and you will speak to one of the Sporting Chance team.

Additionally, members can get in touch with our dedicated Player Support Officer, Diane Scott.

Diane can offer comprehensive support to players, addressing their physical, emotional, and psychological needs with empathy and expertise.

With qualifications in Fitness Health and Exercise, an Honours Degree in Sports Coaching, and a Masters Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy, Diane is fully equipped with a diverse skill set to address the multifaceted needs of our players
