Donna is our Operations Manager. She oversees the day to day running of PFA Scotland managing finance, administration, human resources, GDPR and health and safety while ensuring compliance with all policies and legislation. She supports staff across all departments and maintains effective office systems. Donnas’ skills and experience help the organisation grow and strengthen its services for members.
